The Middleton school district served fries only once a week when I was going through it. I didn't start eating "hot lunch" until high school. We did get mashed potatoes once or twice a week, made with good Wisconsin milk and topped with a dollop of molten butter. Mmm, mmm, mmm!
Chickenlittle, my idea of school reform would include mandatory hot potatoes: 1 serving per day per pupil. With fresh Wisconsin milk, butter, and Pink Floyd. We don't need no spud control.
